Our “Home To Sell” program is designed for people who have their home on the market, but don’t want to have to wait for it to sell before they move in to The Independence. To help you get through this time of transition, our “Home To Sell” program can reduce your monthly rent at The Independence while your house is on the market — up to a specified number of months. To see exactly how much your rent could be reduced while you sell your home, and for how many months, please contact us. (Details will be determined by which floor plan you choose and other variables.)
