Ashley Lam, CAM
Community Manager

Meet our Community Manager, Ashley Lam. Ashley’s in charge of running the entire operation at The Independence. Maintaining our high standards of customer service is her first priority, and you’ll always find her ready to provide you with the individual attention you deserve. She has more than seven years of senior housing leasing and management experience in the Property Management industry.

Ashley is a graduate of the Henrico County School System and is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM). When she’s not on the job, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris; their son, Cameron; and their dog, Jazmine.
